From the east :

Exit the M40 at junction 3 (Wycombe East), and follow the slip-road to the roundabout on the A40. |

Take the 2nd exit, taking you on the A40 towards High Wycombe. |

|
Continue for 2.2 miles, passing B&Q on the right, then Homebase on the left. |
|
|
Shortly after Homebase, turn left into Bassetsbury Lane (signposted The Rye). |
|
|
After about 75 yards, take the small turning on the left into High Wycombe Lawn Tennis Club. |
From the west :

Proceed to High Wycombe town centre, to the major junction of the A40 (London Road) and A404 (Marlow Hill). |

This junction is one large roundabout, made up of 5 small roundabouts. |
|
|
From the most easterly small roundabout, take the A40, signposted to Loudwater and London. |
|
|
Continue on the A40, passing the Rye (large grassed area) on the right. |
|
|
After 0.5 mile, you will see High Wycombe Cricket club on the right. |
|
|
Go past the cricket club, then turn immediately right into Bassetsbury Lane (signposted The Rye). |

After about 75 yards, take the small turning on the left into High Wycombe Lawn Tennis Club. |
From the north :

Enter High Wycombe via the A404 (Amersham Hill). |

Follow the A404 into High Wycombe town centre, passing the railway station on the left. |

Continue down into the town along Crendon Street, turning sharp left at the traffic lights into the one-way system. |

Remain in the left-hand lane, going straight ahead and not filtering right towards the M40. |

After about 50 yards, the road merges into the A40 (London Road), heading east. |

|
After 0.4 mile, you will see High Wycombe Cricket club on the right. |
|
|
Go past the cricket club, then turn immediately right into Bassetsbury Lane (signposted The Rye). |

After about 75 yards, take the small turning on the left into High Wycombe Lawn Tennis Club. |
From the south :

Exit the M40 at junction 4 (Handy Cross), and enter High Wycombe via the A404 (Marlow Hill). |

Follow the A404 steeply downhill for about a mile to reach the junction with the A40. |

|
This junction is one large roundabout, made up of 5 small roundabouts. |

|
Turn right at the first roundabout you reach, then right at the next. |
|
|
You should now be on the A40, signposted to Loudwater and London. |
|
|
After 0.5 mile, you will see High Wycombe Cricket club on the right. |
|
|
Go past the cricket club, then turn immediately right into Bassetsbury Lane (signposted The Rye). |
